My Boyfriend Says He Has to Work on Valentine’s Day

Here is the daily dilemma for Monday, February 13th, 2012:

"My boyfriend and I had a casual relationship for a few months, but we recently decided to make it exclusive. When we were casual, we were both allowed to date other people, and I absolutely hated it. So this is the first Valentine's Day we'll be spending as a real couple. But he told me he has to work late, so we can't go out to dinner. I'm scared that he has a date with someone else, and he's fooling around behind my back. Would it look crazy if I offered to bring a Valentine's dinner to his office? Should I just show up and surprise him to see if he's telling the truth?"
