My Boyfriend is A Flirt & Knows It Hurts My Feelings

Here is the daily dilemma for Tuesday, January 31st, 2012:

"My boyfriend and I have been together for about 8-months. He's nice, sweet, loving, caring, but has a bad temper. When ever I get mad or upset with him or tell him something that I don't like, he gets mad. He flirts with everyone and he says that it doesn't mean anything, it's just what he does.

I've asked him nicely several times to stop flirting with everyone and every time I ask him to stop, he gets mad and tells me that if I don't like it I should break up with him. Then, I tell him that he knows I'd never do that. Then, he says I'll just have to deal with it then. After the conversation he gets mad which adds to me already being upset. After a couple minutes he says he's sorry and that he loves me, but he still flirts with everyone. What should I/we do?"
