It was “Monty Python and the Holy Grail" that first got me hooked on these guys, so I could not be more thrilled to bring this news to my fellow Monty Python fans.

Not only is Proctors showing a screening of "Monty Python and the Holy Grail" on Jan. 19, but John Cleese himself will be there to talk and answer questions after the movie. According to the story in the Times Union he will be answering "absurd and/or ridiculous questions only, please."

Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, August 9. They start at $40 and you can get them at the box office, online or by phone.

Having John Cleese at the showing of this movie is like having Gene Roddenberry at a screening of Star Trek, I honestly get a little giddy just thinking about it. I know I will be there, let me know if you are a fan as well and if you plan on coming.

Just to get warmed up, I thought I'd share one of my favorite scenes from "Monty Python and the Holy Grail."
