Mets Win Opener Thanks To Pitcher Jon Niese Secret Weapon

Coming off his best season in the Major's in 2012, with Johan Santana injured and R.A. Dickey in Toronto Jon Niese was named the opening day starter for the Mets. Of course he won too, thanks to his secret weapon.

If you want to look to his improved ERA and WHIP as reasons why Niese has had success fine but I think we all know it's due to his wife's underwear! Leah Niese is there to help her husband Jon.

“I’m the superstitious one,” said Leah, 23. “I have lucky underwear — they’re Mets underwear.” said Leah. I have to say after seeing her I would be way too distracted to focus on the game when her undies came up. lol I hope all the Yankees wives read this and plan accordingly!
