Mega Millions Jackpot Up To $135 Million

Some folks may be dreaming of a white Christmas, but I am dreaming of a green one. The Mega Millions jackpot is up to $135 Million for this Friday's Drawing.

The chances of winning are slim. The odds are 1 in 175,711,536 you get all 5 numbers and the megaball. Plus add in the fact that it's not only New York residents that play. 40 other states as well as the U.S. Virgin Islands  take part in this particular lottery. But like the saying goes, "Hey, you never know". So I plan on heading to my local convienience store and grabbing myself a ticket.

If that wasn't enough, the Powerball jackpot is also at a hefty number. Tonight's Jackpot is worth $78 Million.  The chances of winning the Powerball is actually more difficult than the Mega Millions. The odds of getting all 5 numbers and the Powerball is 1 in 195,249,054.

What would you do with that kind of money? I have my ideas. Maybe travel the country and visit every MLB and NFL stadium for a game. A house would certainly be in the cards as I am kind of tired living in a one bedroom apartment. A brand new pickup truck would be nice as well. The possibilites are endless!!
