Meet The Red Skull

The Captain America movie is coming out on July 22nd. I for one can’t wait. I think one of the things I’m most excited about is they brought in one of the best bad guys of all time to play the Red Skull. Who happens to be one of the best bad guys in comic book history. Hugo Weaving who showed pure evil as the dead pan Agent Smith in ‘The Matrix’! Here’s a early look at “The Red Skull”!

Captain America played by Chris Evans could be in real trouble in this one. Hugo could steal this movie! There have been changes to the Skull’s back story over the years but he is through and through evil in all of them.

Here’s a quick back story of  The Red Skull, Johann Schmidt (sometimes spelled Shmidt), was a former Nazi general officer and confidant of Adolf Hitler. He has been closely affiliated with HYDRA and is an enemy of S.H.I.E.L.D., the Avengers, and the interests of the United States and the free world in general. He was physically augmented by having his mind placed into the body of a clone of Captain America, the pinnacle of human perfection. He has been seemingly killed in the past, only to return time and time again to plague the world with schemes of world domination and genocide.

Later we find out that The Red Skull is the man responsible for killing Peter Parker’s parents. So he’s the reason Spiderman becomes a orphan. Evil jerk. lol
