Maren Morris turned to social media to mock someone who was trying to sell her autograph online for ridiculous prices.

The rising country star posted to Twitter on Friday (Dec. 16), sharing with fans how her "bada--" guitar player shut down someone who had gotten Morris' autograph on the pick guard of a guitar, only to turn around and attempt to exploit her real fans by selling it on eBay for a $100 profit.

The eBay seller told her guitarist, "This isn't a charity" -- to which he comically replied, "Neither is Maren Morris."

"I will gladly take pictures and sign autographs, but it blows when people just use it for profit and they aren't even fans," Morris clarifies. "But I laughed!"

Morris is proving to be a pretty cool customer on social media. In November she sarcastically replied to a hater's tweet that she was a "disgrace" to country music by writing, "Aww, that's sweet," and then adding, "I'll keep thinking about my disgrace to country music every time I look at my CMA."

The singer-songwriter has become one of the breakout music stars of 2016 since the release of her debut single, "My Church," and her acclaimed debut album, Hero. She was a highlight of the 2016 CMA Awards, where she took home the award for New Artist of the Year minutes after delivering a show-stopping performance of “My Church.”

Morris is also nominated in multiple categories in the 2017 Grammy Awards, including the all-genre Best New Artist and Best Country Album for Hero. She recently rocked Saturday Night Live as the musical guest, and is set to undertake her very first headlining tour in 2017. Her Hero Tour is slated to kick off Feb. 2 in New York City and run through April.
