We all go to concerts to have a good time. It’s a nice way to enjoy some music, maybe enjoy some drinks and have fun with friends. That didn’t happen Saturday Night at Northern Lights In Clifton Park.

According to reports, Joseph A. Fritz, a Schenectady man was stabbed in the stomach by Daniel P. Taylor (pictured) in the parking lot of the nightclub during the Rat a Tat Music and Tattoo Festival. Fritz was found at the nearby Cumberland Farms, where he was then taken to Albany Medical Center and is in stable condition.

Taylor was arrested for assault in the first degree, which is a Class B felony. He was sent to Saratoga County Jail with bail set at $75, 000. He will appear back in court on December 2nd.

If you witnessed any of these events or possibly know someone who did, the State police would like you to call 383-8583 to help make this investigation easier.
