It seems like there are a lot of people that get into trouble continue to do so no matter how many times they get into trouble.

A man from Johnstown that has been in trouble with the law before is in trouble again. He apparently has also missed quite a few court appearances in the past. The suspect, 25-year-old Michael Dimaio, was out on bail when he allegedly helped himself to a vehicle that was parked in a garage, without the owner’s knowledge. He was also accused of trying to sell the vehicle.

Authorities conducted a three day investigation about the stolen vehicle. The clues from the investigation led them to Dimaio. Authorities arrested him and charged him with Criminal Possession Of Stolen Property and Grand Larceny. According to the story from WNYT, after Dimaio was remanded to the Fulton County jail, but posted bail and then released from the facility.
