On Friday, January 24, I had a story about some very bad conditions that were found by the landlord, at a rented home in Shushan.

In a story from News 10 ABC, the man that allegedly abandoned some animals in deplorable living conditions and with no water and proper food is Neil E. Jones. He was brought into Town Of Salem Court on Monday. There were also several dead animals found in the home.

It was also discovered that Jones also allegedly had his children at the home, which did not have heat.

His charges include Endangering The Welfare Of A Child, and 13 Counts Of Animal Cruelty. There still may be another arrest as an investigation is still going on.
