When Albany Police got to the building at 288 Lark Street, he was still inside.

In the story from WNYT, Junior Jennings of Albany broke into the former DeJohn’s Restaurant on Saturday morning. He tried to make a break by running away from authorities, but that foot chase didn’t last long. He’s been charged with Trespassing and Burglary.

This is not his first brush with the law. He allegedly stole an ATV from a Sawyer Place home in Albany, last August, and was arrested.
