According to the Times Union, that was only part of the man’s trouble. When the suspect pulled the truck back into the owner’s driveway in Galway, New York State Police were still gathering information from the owner. The trooper confronted the man, Joshua Ficili. That's when Ficili allegedly started to run. The foot chase didn’t last long.

Ficili was accused of drinking, and was allegedly found to have a 12 percent blood alcohol content. He was arrested and is facing several charges including Felony Aggravated Unlicensed Operation Of A Motor Vehicle and Misdemeanor Unauthorized Use Of A Motor Vehicle. Because Ficili had prior DWI convictions, he was also charged with Felony Driving While Intoxicated. According to the Times Union, Ficili was sent to the Saratoga County Jail.
