Steven D. Walker is a 34-year-old man from Gallupville who has been charged with Endangering The Welfare Of A Child and Felony Assault. He allegedly pulled out an 8-year-old child’s permanent teeth out.

In the story from News 10 ABC, it was noted that the New York State Police were alerted by Schoharie County Child Protective Services. They were notified by a dentist. Walker allegedly forcibly removed the child’s teeth with some sort of a pliers-type tool.

On Nov. 25, at 7 p.m. he’s due back in Wright Town Court.
