He was also accused of beating up a man that was in the home, and trashing his ex-girlfriend’s car.

After Kyle R. Mickel allegedly assaulted the man who was sleeping at the time, he left the home in Queensbury, then allegedly kicked a window and broke a window in the ex-girlfriend’s car. He was also accused of denting the driver’s side door by slamming his head into it.  According to the article in The Post Star, this happened around 4:00 a.m. on Sunday morning.

Shortly after Mickel left, authorities caught up to him and brought him into custody. He was remanded to the Warren County Jail after his arraignment at The Warren County Town Court. Mickel's charges include Criminal Mischief, third degree and two felony counts of Burglary, second degree.

It was also discovered that Mickel and his ex-girlfriend have a 17-month old son together.
