Man Accused Of Being Drunk When He Hit A Car In A Sheriff’s Office Parking Lot

A 52-year-old man from Bolton Landing is in a little trouble with the law after he was accused of getting into an accident.

The accident happened in the parking lot of the Warren County Sheriff’s Office. Donald Pratt was scene by officers allegedly hitting a parked car, and then attempted to take off.

When Deputies from the Warren County Sheriff’s Office were handling the accident, they determined that Pratt was allegedly drunk, and arrested him. It was also discovered that he had a Blood-Alcohol Content of .24, which is three times the legal limit. In the story that I saw on News 10 ABC, Pratt was charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated. He was also give a ticket for unsafe backing.
