Those bystanders included a 13-year-old child, a New York State Trooper and three other people that all had to scramble to get out of his way. The trooper was at the scene in Gansevoort, on Northern Pines Road, talking to some people because of something that happened earlier involving Golden.

In the story from the Times Union, after Golden allegedly drove his truck into the parked truck where everyone was standing near, he allegedly took off from there and then hit a car on Ballard Road.

Authorities then arrested Golden and charged him with Endangering The Welfare Of A Child, Reckless Endangerment, Criminal Possession Of A Weapon and Driving While Intoxicated. After he was arraigned in Wilton Town Court, he was remanded to the Saratoga County Jail.
