A local girl who had been missing for nearly two weeks has been found safe.16 year old Deborah Trout who was last seen on Tuesday May 30th, has been found by police. Deborah was seen at school on that Tuesday and then no one heard from her on any of her social media after she returned home from school that day.

On Friday, her family appeared on the news asking for anyone with information or even for Deborah to contact police. The family had planned a candlelight vigil at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church to pray for her safe return.

The service turned into a celebration when the girl's father was notified that Deborah was located in an apartment near Proctor's in Schenectady. There are very little details about her whereabouts but police say this is an ongoing investigation.

Her family and friends including the Clifton Park Youth Hockey Club, where she played and who had a hand in trying to find her, are relieved that she was found safe.
