Local Man Lied To Get Cab License

A 51-year-old man from Glens Falls that had already spent time in jail is back in jail.

When he tried to get a taxi cab license, it was discovered that he allegedly lied about his criminal record.

In the story from Newschannel 13 and The Post Star Newspaper, after an investigation, Glens Falls Police arrested Joseph Bongiorno. He has a couple charges against him, including a parole violation, and was sent to the Warren County Jail.

Back in 2008, Bongiorno was arrested and convicted of drug possession stemming from a big cocaine bust.
