Local Man Killed Crossing Central Avenue

It is the second death in a short period of time involving a pedestrian street crossing.

The first was in Schenectady which involved a hit and run driver that had a suspended license.  Sadly yesterday at 63 year old man was struck and killed crossing Central Avenue near the Route 155 intersection. The driver in this case stopped and was not charged in the horrible incident.

Please be careful on the roads as you make your Thanksgiving holiday travel plans, and don't text while you drive. Lives literally depend on it every day.
