When the Guilderland Police stopped David Kornfield, they determined that he was allegedly drunk, and ended up with a speeding and DWI charge. He had a passenger that authorities say had some Ecstacy on her, too. That was about 11:30 p.m.

Later that night, about 4:00 a.m. Sunday morning, Guilderland Police pulled Kornfield over again for speeding. They stated that he was in a different car. This time, police accused Kornfield of speeding, DWI and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle. Kornfield allegedly refused a chemical test.

In the story from CBS 6 Albany, Kornfield was remnaded to the Albany County Jail. Kornifield and his passenger, Lisa Mottolo will be back in court at a later date this month.
