Local Man Allegedly Impersonated Federal Officer

On Thursday, a 53-year-old Albany man was arrested for allegedly posing as a Deputy United States Marshall.

In an article from the Times Union, Samuel David Kramer could possibly be spending three years in jail if he’s convicted. There aren’t many details about when or where anything happened, and there’s still an ongoing investigation.

Kramer was released after an appearance before United States Magistrate Judge Randolph F. Treece.
