Local Man Accused Of Driving With 5 Times Legal BAC Limit

A Watervliet man was involved in a multi-car accident in Colonie on Wednesday afternoon.

It was also determined that the man allegedly had five times the legal limit Blood-Alcohol Content at .40 percent. Eric Wilson was arrested at the scene by New York State Troopers. Fortunately, there were no reports of injuries.

According to the story from News 10 ABC, an appearance date of February 23 in Colonie Town Court has been set for Wilson.
