In an open test session for ARCA drivers last week at Daytona International Speedway, former Lebanon Valley Speedway and Orange County Fair Speedway pro stock driver Sean Corr led the way.

Corr was fastest overall in the two-day practice sessions for the Lucas Oil 200 coming up in February at the 2.5 mile superspeedway.

Corr was driving the No. 48 Empire Racing-Hylton Motorsports Ford and clocked a fast time of 47.743 seconds for an average speed of 188.509 mph. The car is familiar - it's the same one in which the Goshen, New York driver captured the pole award at Daytona in 2012. Corr also finished fifth at Daytona in 2013 and 10th in 2014 in the same machine. Corr is utilizing a new engine for the 2015 event.

Corr has indicated that he will be returing to Daytona on January 16th when the ARCA Racing Series hold its final test session before the the 200 on February 14, 2015.
