From Flickr user 401k

If this ends up being true and she’s found guilty of stealing nearly $150,000 in pension funds from two employees there isn’t a cell dark enough for this person. 31 year old Shana O’Malley the owner of Capital Hydraulics in East Greenbush is accused of 2nd degree grand larceny for allegedly stealing money from two of her employees pension funds. An employee went to roll over the plan that they had been in since 1977 to a personal IRA and that’s when the lack of funds was caught. The investigation is continuing and depending on what else is found, more charges may be filed.
