Local Bank Honor’s Capital Region Heroes with Hall of Fame

Do you know someone who deserves to be recognized for their hard work and devotion to improving your community?

Trustco Bank is now accepting nominations for their Home Town Heroes Hall of Fame.

The Home Town Heroes Hall of Fame will honor ordinary Capital Region people who have gone out of their way to help their communities but whose work has gone unrecognized.

Trustco President and CEO Robert J. McCormick said in a press release today "Ordinary people to extraordinary acts to help their community. These individuals work hard every day to make a difference and ask nothing for themselves."

Anyone can submit a nomination for the Home Town Heroes Hall of Fame at www.trustcobank.com. The nomination period runs through August. If you know someone who should be recognized for their outstanding work in your community, you must nominate them by Friday, September 1. Nominations will be reviewed by a committee and up to five will be chosen for the Home Town Heroes Hall of Fame.
