Legend Jackie Joyner-Kersee To Be Captain At Aurora Games [WATCH]

3 time Olympic Gold Medalist Jackie Joyner-Kersee joined Matty Jeff in studio to talk about being an hororary Captain at the inaugural Aurora Games in Albany this coming summer.

The Aurora Games are getting ready for their first year at the Times Union Center August 20-25, and they just announced that 2 Olympic Legends, Jackie Joyner-Kersee and Nadia Comaneci, will serve as honorary Captains for the event. The Aurora Games were created as a showcase for female athletics and will feature professional female athletes from around the world competing as teams and individuals in basketball, tennis, figure skating, gymnastics, ice hockey and beach volleyball.

Jackie joined me in studio yesterday to talk about the importance of the games, they keys to her having such a long and successful track and field career and if there may be some friendly trash talk between her and Nadia.

Tickets for the Aurora Games will go on sale on International Women's Day Friday, March 8th through Ticketmaster.
