News Channel 13 reports in an exclusive report, that West’s attorney has requested and been granted a new bail condition by a Supreme Court Judge.  The new bail condition would lower bail to a $200,000 bond and require West to be monitored with an ankle bracelet 24 hours a day.  He would also have a 9 pm curfew and would be ordered to stay away from drugs and alcohol.

According to West's attorney, he expected him to post the $200,000 bond Thursday night and be released Monday.
