I'm not too ashamed to say that I have body image issues, one place in particular, but now I've found the one thing that has changed my entire outlook on it.

I'm no stranger to the dreaded "chub rub." You know that feeling, the chafing, where your thighs rub together anytime they're bare? I can't wear skirts or dresses without shorts underneath or even just shorts for that matter without worrying about a painful rash on my thighs. It's annoying and makes me feel awful about my body. I started using baby powder and other products recommended to me but eventually, the rash would begin.

I saw on Buzzfeed that a bunch of women were praising this one product in particular for solving this problem so I risked it all and gave it a try, they're called Bandelettes.

First, I'm not being paid by this company, I just happen to love how these make my legs feel. For the first time in awhile I wore a dress for an extended period of time, to the Dierks Bentley show, and that's when I realized this product changed my life. They don't move, I barely know they're there, plus, since they're just bands, they don't give you that extra line around your stomach pushing everything. I take no responsibility for this company, I'm just here to tell you that if you're having this problem like I am, here's an idea that might help you.
