Kimberly Perry may seem like she has it all together, but there are some things the rockin' frontlady can't do -- and that includes planning a wedding. The blonde Band Perry singer says she's called in backup, including her mother, to help pull the event together. And no, she won't be performing on her special day!

Taste of Country Nights host Sam Alex sat down with the band and caught up with Kimberly about her upcoming nuptials with J.P. Arencibia of the Texas Rangers. With a busy schedule including tour dates, the Perry sister understandably doesn't have much time to plan the wedding herself.

“I only know how to do one thing and that’s play a show and playin' a show," Perry says. "So I have my mom [who] is really great at this sort of thing. We’ve got a little bit of help."

Kimberly will get to enjoy her wedding day and not have to worry about anything -- especially performing. The couple is hiring their own wedding performer to serenade them and their guests.

"I am not performing," Kimberly assures.

"Yeah, she'll have a mic at the altar," Neil jokes.

The lead singer admits she's definitely more excited than her two brothers. "I think I’m more excited than Reid and Neil," she dishes. "They’re just tired of, like, talking about details at this point. Well, you’re listening to details, you’re not as much talking about ‘em."

Either way, we know Kimberly will make a beautiful bride on her special day! Congrats to the happy couple!
