A popular car booster seat for kids is being recalled due to safety concerns in the event of a car crash.  Harmony Juvenile Products that makes the popular Harmony Big Boost Deluxe booster seat, has issued a recall of over one hundred thousand seats.

According to Parents Magazine, the company issued a recall that said that the seat belt may cause excessive force to the child's chest in the event of a crash. This makes the seats in violation with the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard and the Child Restraint Systems.

There are 148,165 being recalled due to increased risk of injury of the child's chest in the event of a crash.
