You heard both sides, now you get to vote. In the case of "Pats Interference," who do you think is right?

Jim is a Patriots fan and can't wait to watch the Super Bowl this weekend, just him and Jess. Jess doesn't really watch football but understands how important it is, she just wants to be able to invite people over. Jim says that other people are distracting and he just wants to relax and focus on the game and Jess. Jess says that she knows he's not going to pay attention to four hours and not only is she going to have no one to talk to but he's going to have control of the TV so she can't even watch anything.
