Jennifer Nettles got married over the weekend.  Jennifer and her boyfriend of two-years, Justin Miller, exchanged vows at a Tennessee Smokey Mountain ceremony.  The wedding only included close friends and family, as well as duo partner, Kristian Bush.  For anyone, including myself, who don’t know who this Justin fellow is, he was model before getting into the business industry.  He also appeared in Sugarland’s video for their 2006 hit, “Want To.”

Tim McGraw is appearing in court today.  Curb Records will join Tim in a Davidson county courtroom for a hearing that will hopefully decide if Tim can record for another label or not.  Curb sued Tim for breach of contract back in May and in return, Tim sued them back to get out of his contract entirely.  The hearing today, will let Tim know if he can record under a new label while this mess I cleared up.

If you ever wanted to appear in a music video, now you can.   Dierks Bentley has invited fans to upload personal photos online.  You and your friends and family could be in the official music video for “Home.”  You can then share you custom video with your friends either on Facebook or Twitter.

And it might not be long before we hear a new country tune from a new Nashville resident, Jamie Lynn Spears, former star of “Zoey 101.”  Jamie is also, of course, the sister to pop princess, Britney Spears.  Apparently, Jamie has been discretely immersing herself in the country community since she moved to Music City.

I suppose if you're going to even attempt to top your sister, country would be your best bet.  I mean, how could Jamie possibly try to get a hit in the pop industry when her sister has already topped so many charts.  I wish her the best of luck.  Though, I don't think her career will be anywhere as big as Britney's.  What do you think?
