Jake Owens Helps Score Prom Date on Twitter & More in Casey’s Taste of Country

Jake Owen helped out a teenager in Florida secure his prom date via Twitter, Tuesday night.  Jake tweeted to the girl,

“Hey, @Larissa_Lewisss.  My name is Jake.  We’ve never met, but I have a question for you.  Hope to hear from you, -J.” 

Not even 10 minutes later, Larissa responded with, “@JakeOwen hey, Jake!”  What’s the question?” 

 Jake then responded rather quickly,

“@TylerMiles14 wants you to go to prom w/ him.  I said I’d ask u if he treated you nice.” 

The girl responded with, “Yes, of course!!!!” Jake later posted,

“Tyler, you owe me.  You’re welcome bro.” 

Blake Shelton told a morning show in Boise, Idaho on KIZN 92.3 that he has already signed up for seasons 3 and 4 of The Voice.  They reported the news on the air to their fans.  The other three judges have been secured for this fall's third season, but no word yet on who will join Blake for season four.  Blake actually had to reschedule his show in Reno, Nevada last night due to a winter weather storm and wind advisory.  The show has been moved to this Sunday, March 18th.

Jason Aldean plans to premiere his new video for his single ‘Fly Over States’ exclusively on CMT tomorrow, March 16th.  The special will include Jason telling stories about the behind-the-scenes events from this and his four other music videos from the multi-platinum record.  The video premiere will repeat at 1:30PM tomorrow.  Then it will air again this Saturday at 8AM and 10:30AM and, Sunday at 9:00AM.
