Here is Today's Daily Dilemma:

I work from home so I can be here for my two kids (they’re 6 months old and 3 years old). It’s a part time job, but I don’t have to worry about commuting expenses or paying for daycare to go to work, so when I run the numbers, I think I make more than I would if I worked full time some place but had to pay to commute and for full time daycare for two kids. My husband refuses to accept that this is “real work” and whenever we’re arguing about our finances or anything, he will say things like maybe we wouldn’t have these problems if I had a “real job”. Meanwhile, he will think nothing of spending an entire paycheck the day he gets it before any bills are paid! I’ve tried to talk to him about it, but he simply can’t accept that working from home can be a real job – even though I get a paycheck every week. I’m so stressed out about it – but I really don’t want to put my kids in daycare and try to get a job outside the home. Any advice?

The "Daily Dilemma" on the Sean and Richie Show is featured every weekday morning at 6:40am. We and the listeners take on someone's problems and try to offer different perspectives. Now, these don't have to be huge problems- it could just be something bothering you or a friend, or it could be some little thing you and another just can't agree on. If you have a dilemma to share we'd love to hear it just e-mail us here at the show.
