Smoking is already banned inside SUNY campuses, but now the entire campus could soon be tobacco free. The State University of New York Board of Trustees voted to support such a proposal on Tuesday.

According to YNN, the measure would ban tobacco from all campus buildings, both indoors and out, parking areas, and even off-campus university facilities. If passed, SUNY would be one of the largest university systems in the country to adopt a tobacco-free policy. There a 64 campuses in the system.
