Indiana Fertilizer Plant Explosion – One Dead

A fertilizer plant explosion this afternoon in Indiana was reported just before 4pm this afternoon. At this point one worker has been confirmed dead as a result. The blast occurred in Union Mills, Indiana about an hour south of Chicago. This incident follows another fertilizer plant explosion which occurred just a few short weeks ago in Louisiana.
