I Have Faith In You To Help The Kids Of St. Jude

While we’re on the air with the ninth annual Country Cares For St. Jude Kids Radiothon, I know that the WGNA listeners will answer the call.

The call that you can make to keep this very important place running. That call to help children that didn’t do anything to deserve the pain that they’re going through with childhood and pediatric cancer.

If you have children and they’re healthy, take a look at them and think for just a moment about how blessed that you are. After you do that, take another moment and think about the children that are in the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Every time we do the radiothon, we always seem to hear stories about someone that had to bring their child to St. Jude, or they know someone that went there, and the wonderful work that helped those children, and how the folks at St. Jude  made the children (and their families) as comfortable as possible.

Back in November, Jeff Levack, Richie Phillips, Bethany, Kevin Richards and myself all participated in the 2013 St. Jude Give Thanks Walk at Crossgates Mall. We helped raise over four thousand dollars. But unfortunately, that’s not enough.
