It goes without saying that in every work place, there are going to conflicts. People are going to argue and disagree. At the end of the day it's all about how you handle those disagreements so everyone can keep progressing forward. At WGNA, we're pretty sure we've found the best possible method.

Is our method conventional? No, probably not. Does it work? Yes. After everyone in the office got tired of the constant bickering over such little things, we knew we had to find a better way. It didn't take long until we remembered we had a cage out in our back parking lot, and suddenly all the arguments stopped.

The rules are simple, two people enter with a disagreement, and hopefully two people leave with a decision...and maybe a concussion, but that's neither here nor there. It's definitely stopped a lot of the arguments between me and Jordan. We get way more done these days. Our hospital bills are getting pretty high, but we're at least staying pretty productive at work.
