Yesterday I noticed my neighbor putting out some Halloween decorations and thought, there's one more thing I gotta get to soon. ( I wont, I procrastinate way too much, but that's a blog I can tackle at a later date) The problem is, if I'm going to do something I like to do it well, and that of course takes a lot of effort. If the finished project isn't worth the effort I don't even want to start. That is why I am not one for carving pumpkins at Halloween.

I may have to alter that opinion this year though, because I came across a website that actually teaches you how to carve your pumpkin into the Death Star from Star Wars. There are other great ideas and videos and stencils to help you out but, this one got the attention of my inner geek. They even have a picture on the homepage of a "Jack-o-R2D2" As you can see from the picture, I think that is one I will never ever try to do. It really is amazing to me the creativity that some people have.

You may choose something completely different but I think the website is worth checking out if you want to get a little adventurous with your gourd this year.

The site is called, fantasypumkins.com

If you make something really cool from the site, or just something cool on your own, I'd love it if you sent me a picture! Happy Halloween and happy carving.
