How Old Should A Kid Be Before They Watch Horror Movies? – Daily Dilemma

Here is Today's Daily Dilemma:

I'm out of town a lot for work, and when I'm gone, my husband and our 10-year-old son have 'movie time.

They'll pick a movie on Netflix or iTunes and watch it together.

My husband is a HUGE horror movie guy, and in the past two months he's let our kid watch "Poltergeist", "The Ring", and "The Thing".

Next, he wants to show our son "The Exorcist". I don't know. Is our 10-year-old too young to watch scary horror movies?

He says, it depends on the kid and these movies obviously are not bothering him, he LOVES them.
