House Fire Of Two Local Vets Hits Close To Home To Me [Audio]

By now, I’m sure that you’ve heard about two vets from Duanesburg that lost everything they own, including the loss of their two dogs, in a house fire on December 19.

Sean McMaster did a story about them, including a link so anyone can make a donation to help them. They are Jake and Jill Montesano.

I had the pleasure of djing their wedding last year, in their back yard. even though some thunderstorms passed through the area i the beginning, it was a wonderful day.

Jake’s dad, George and I have been friends for a long time. As a matter of fact, we lived about three blocks away from each other, in Colonie.

On Saturday night, Jill’s sister Christine contacted me on my Facebook page, and asked to dedicate 'Bless The Broken Road', by Rascal Flatts to them. It was their wedding song. I just wanted to share this particular dedication with you.
