O’Neil Lollis was accused of harassing a couple of New York State employees at the Empire State Plaza in Albany. Because of this, he was given a court order that barred him from the Empire State Plaza. Apparently, Lollis did this once before in February. He was supposed to appear in court for the incident, but allegedly didn’t show up.

This time, he went to Guilderland Town Court, and then remanded to the Albany County Jail. According to the story from CBS 6 Albany, he was scheduled to be back in Albany City Court yesterday afternoon.
