In the last 5-10 years, the beard has become a way of a life. More athletes, musicians, actors and everyday people seem to be rocking the facial hair than ever!  It's a way of life, and thanks in part to No-Shave November, it's saving lives.  We may be a day and a half into the month, but it's not too late to participate in the month-long event that grows cancer awareness one face at a time!

Whether's you normally rock the goatee, short stubble, or go completely clean shaven, let it all out!  The goal of No-Shave November is to grow awareness by embracing our hair, which many cancer patients lose, and letting it grow wild and free.

Donate the money you typically spend on shaving and grooming to educate about cancer prevention, save lives, and aid those fighting the battle.

Worried about specific work rules regarding facial hair? Don't worry about it! No-Shave November encourages participation of any kind; grooming and trimming are perfectly acceptable.

Ladies, you can get involved too by letting those legs go natural or skipping that waxing appointment.

The following organizations have greatly benefited from this razor less tradition:  Prevent Cancer Foundation Fight Colorectal Cancer, and  St. Jude Children's Research Hospital
