Heartstrings for Hope Concert to Benefit St. Jude’s [PHOTOS]

Trent Harmon and Granger Smith played to a packed Upstate Concert Hall on Wednesday night, as part of WGNA's Heartstrings for Hope Concert to benefit St. Jude's, sponsored by Adirondack Tire.

Trent and Granger put on an awesome show for us last night. We're so happy they agreed to come put this concert on for St. Jude's and all the children their research helps every day.
