The New York State Capitol building in Albany may be haunted or not. This is the time of year to try to find out.

With Halloween just a couple of weeks away there are a number of haunted houses and other fear factory events being held throughout the Capital Region. One of the more surprising is being held right at the State Capitol building in downtown Albany.

Capitol Hauntings is a special Halloween tour of the New York State Capitol that is happening this month. The tour explores questions like - Does the night watchman who died in the Capitol fire of 1911 still make his rounds? and Which two United States Presidents visited the Capitol after they died?
