That led to a police presence by the New York State Police at the school.

In a story on News 10 ABC, New York State Troopers were patrolling the school as a precaution even though there was no evidence that was credible about the threat.

An email about the threat was sent out to parents of students on Sunday and how the school was going to handle the situation. Many of the students stayed home from school.

A couple of the school’s games that were scheduled for today were cancelled. There will also be more changes to be announced due to the threat.
