Grandma’s Tuna and Pea Casserole – Holiday Recipes

Grandma has been having a great time sharing her recipes. Today, we find one of her own original takes on a comfort food that tastes great on a cold winter day.

Tuna And Pea Casserole

2 green peppers

1 medium onion

2 eggs

1/4 cup milk

1/4 velveta cheese

1 can tunafish

1 cup can peas

Finely chop green pepper and onion, fry in oil and drain, set aside
Melt cheese
Beat eggs and milk together and add to cheese
Add green pepper and onion
After this is blended together, place finely broken up tuna into a glass baking dish and add peas
Pour cheese sauce mixture over the tuna and peas
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown on top
