Grandma Carrie loves to cook! Now, she's back in the kitchen, with her George Jones' tapes playing in the background, whipping up another good holiday recipe.

Squash Rolls

2 cups Bisquick

2/3 cup cooked and mashed squash (butternut, hubbard, or pumpkin)

Mix ingredients together
Gently smooth into a ball
Knead 5 times on a floured board
Roll into 12" circle and spread with 2 Tablespoons softened butter
Cut into 12 wedges (like a pie)
Roll the dough, beginning with the wide edge, on an un-greased cookie sheet
Bake at 450 degrees for 8 - 10 minutes
