Thanks to YOUR generosity, all of us here at WGNA are happy to present a check to the Cohoes Community Center on Monday, December 18th to help out the many affected by the awful fire that struck the city last month.  The presentation will take place at the re-opening of Smith's Restaurant at noon.

Back on December 4th, WGNA did a live "Rebuild Cohoes" broadcast at a Dunkin Donuts in the city as a show of support and love for a place filled with pride and resiliency; Cohoes.  Many GNA listeners were heartbroken when a large part of the city went up in flames on November 29th and they wanted to help out those who lost so much.  Compassionate listeners donated any amount of money they could to help out the victims if that awful fire.

Smith's owner Joe Hostig, The WGNA staff, Cohoes Mayor Sean Morse, as well as directors from the Cohoes Community Center will be on hand.  We invite you to come on in, have a bite to eat, and hang out with us as one the area's great restaurant landmarks re-opens and we give back to a city who has given us so much.  #COHOESSTRONG
