Giant Potato Seen Roaming the Streets of Saratoga

The world’s largest potato was taking up entire streets in Saratoga Springs today!

To get the city ready for this summer's first annual Potato Chip Festival in July, the Saratoga Springs Lions Club welcomed the Big Idaho potato truck today.

That's right... a Potato Chip Festival!  Coming this summer!  Yum!

The truck is approximately 72 feet long and hauls a 12,000 lb. replica Idaho potato all around the country.  Now, that's a big spud!

The giant potato was in Saratoga from noon until 5 today.
